Welcome to Interview Helper ("we" or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using our service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Interview Helper provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform. The service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet. Payment confirmation grants immediate access to your subscribed plan features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@interviewhelper.tech of any unauthorized use. You must not share account credentials with any third party.
Interview Helper offers credit packs as described on our pricing page. Credit packs provide a set number of AI generation credits that expire 30 days after purchase. Credits cannot be rolled over after expiration and are non-refundable once purchased.
All prices are listed excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

To request a refund, contact refunds@interviewhelper.tech with your account email and transaction ID. We respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Your content: AI-generated content produced through your use of the service belongs to you, subject to compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Your inputs: You grant Interview Helper a limited, non-exclusive license to use your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We will not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Third-party AI models: Our service uses third-party AI model providers. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
AI output accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it.
You agree not to use Interview Helper to:
Additionally, you agree not to use Interview Helper's inputs, outputs, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any AI or machine learning model that competes directly or indirectly with Interview Helper.
Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is never stored on our servers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI content disclaimer: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before taking action based on AI output.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or are required to do so by law. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, you will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid, unused period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@interviewhelper.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established. For billing disputes, please contact billing@interviewhelper.tech before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed errors within 5 business days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
