Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content

Last updated: October 03, 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs all content generated by, published through, or stored on Interview Helper's platform — including AI-generated text, user inputs (prompts), and all other content submitted by users. By using Interview Helper, you agree to comply with this Policy in full.

2. Content Standards — Six Prohibited Categories

Interview Helper expressly prohibits the generation of any of the following six categories of content:

  • Sexual / NSFW content — pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult material
  • Violence / gore — graphic depictions of violence, injury, or bodily harm
  • Hate speech — content that promotes or endorses hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Child safety (CSAM) — any content depicting, describing, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors, or any content that is illegal under child protection laws
  • Deepfakes / impersonation — AI-synthesized audio, video, or images that impersonate real individuals, or are intended to mislead viewers about their source, authenticity, or origin
  • Copyright or trademark infringement — content that reproduces copyrighted material or trademarks without authorization, beyond what is permitted under fair use

3. Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities:

  • Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
  • Content that promotes, assists, or provides instructions for terrorism or extremist violence
  • Instructions or facilitation for the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction
  • Content advocating or inciting genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

4. AI-Specific Prohibitions

In addition to the general prohibitions above, given the AI-powered nature of this service, you agree not to:

  • Use Interview Helper to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or develop any AI or machine learning model that competes directly or indirectly with Interview Helper or any of its products
  • Mass-extract or systematically scrape platform outputs for purposes beyond your authorized personal use
  • Represent AI-generated output as human-generated content, or impersonate a qualified professional (e.g., licensed physician, attorney, or financial advisor)
  • Use the service to bypass, defeat, or circumvent any safety or content filter, including through jailbreak prompts or equivalent techniques
  • Generate content intended to spread misinformation, defraud, or deceive
  • Impersonate any real person, brand, or organization

5. Content Moderation System

Interview Helper employs a multi-layer content moderation system combining automated real-time scanning with human review and periodic auditing.

5.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)

All user inputs (prompts) and AI-generated outputs pass through automated safety filters before delivery:

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis on all prompts submitted by users
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety evaluation of all AI-generated content before it is returned to the user
  • Behavioral monitoring: Anomaly detection on API usage patterns to identify misuse

If a prompt or output is flagged by our automated systems, it is blocked from being returned or published, and in the case of high-severity flags, escalated immediately to the human review queue.

5.2 Human Review

All content flagged by automated systems, as well as user-submitted reports, are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Human reviewers are trained in content safety and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5.3 Periodic Audits

We conduct regular random sampling of content and automated system outputs to evaluate accuracy and reduce false positive/negative rates. These audits occur on a monthly basis at minimum.

5.4 Content Severity Levels

Level Description Initial Response Resolution
L1 — Severe CSAM, terrorism, WMD instructions Within 2 hours Immediate account ban + law enforcement report
L2 — High Risk Severe policy violations, deepfake impersonation Within 24 hours Content removed + account suspended pending review
L3 — Medium Risk General prohibited content Within 3 business days Content removed + written warning
L4 — Low Risk Minor policy violations Within 5 business days Written warning + remediation requested

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or behavior that violates this Policy — including content depicting child exploitation, terrorism, or any other of the prohibited categories — please report it immediately.

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to third parties. Malicious or false reports will be logged and may result in enforcement action against the reporter.

7. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at Interview Helper's sole discretion:

2. Content Removed Violation confirmed; content taken down Confirmed L3–L4 violations

To submit an appeal, email appeal@interviewhelper.tech with your account details, the content in question, and a statement explaining why you believe the action was mistaken. We aim to resolve appeals within 10 business days.

9. Transparency
